If the Country Pack doesn't help you — for any reason — email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked, no forms, no hoops.
Country Packs are instant PDF downloads. Refunds are honored even if you already downloaded the file — we'd rather lose a sale than leave you stuck with a rebooked flight.
Email hello@petpassready.com from the address used at checkout, with your order reference if you have it. We reply within 1-2 business days, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (handled by our payment provider).
