PetPass Ready is a free checklist generator. In its current version it collects nothing that identifies you: no account, no cookies, no personal data. The tool runs entirely in your browser.
If you join our email list (when available), we collect only your email address, used solely to send you the pet travel guide you requested and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to our pages (which pages are viewed, from which country, at which volume). It runs without cookies, does not use identifiers and does not collect personal data, in line with the ePrivacy rules that apply to analytics without storage or access to a device. These statistics let us improve the site and cannot be used to identify you.
We never ask for or store: your pet's data, your travel dates, your location, or any payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Paddle), which is the data controller for payment data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
Email addresses are kept only until you unsubscribe. We rely on the following processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting — data may transit through its global network) and our payment provider for checkout. Where a processor is based outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email hello@petpassready.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Our checklists link to government websites (European Commission, USDA APHIS, US CDC, UK GOV.UK). Those sites have their own privacy policies — we are not responsible for them, and we recommend you verify all requirements directly on those official pages before traveling.
